PPGGastronomy/UFC Issues Call for Applications to Select New Students for the Master’s Program in Gastronomy

The Graduate Program in Gastronomy at the Federal University of Ceará (PPGGastronomia/UFC) has published Call for Applications No. 03/2026 regarding the admissions process for the Academic Master’s Program in Gastronomy, scheduled to begin in the 2027.1 semester.

Registration will be open from October 15 to November 15, 2026, exclusively online through the Integrated Academic Activities Management System (SIGAA).

The call for applications provides for 13 openings, distributed among open competition, affirmative action policies, and a quota reserved for UFC employees. The opportunities cover three areas of research: Social Gastronomy and Sustainability; Gastronomic Technology and Innovation; and Gastronomy, Nutrition, and Health.
